The Terroir
This land, with its clay-rich and stony soil, produces HABEMUS, an iconic terroir wine born from Mediterranean varieties that best express the identity of this terroir influenced by sea breezes.
Sustainability
Habemus is also born of a deep sensitivity to the environment. San Giovenale is a certified organic estate whose undisputed priority is the protection of the territory: garden vineyards, use of spring water and plant-based products in the field for the health of the vines.
The fully sustainable winery implements solutions for energy conservation: garden rooftops, ventilated walls and an innovative temperature control system – without the use of any fossil fuel – through geothermal heat capture and an innovative photovoltaic system.
