Bush Training

An ancient form of vine training.

San Giovenale, with its dense alberello-trained vineyards, represents an authentic expression of the Mediterranean way of life

This ancient training method produces very low yields, which are reflected in the richness and balance of the wine, allowing for exceptional quality year after year.

The Terroir

Clay soils, minimal yields.

This land, with its clay-rich and stony soil, produces HABEMUS, an iconic terroir wine born from Mediterranean varieties that best express the identity of this terroir influenced by sea breezes.

Sustainability

A land worth protecting.

Habemus is also born of a deep sensitivity to the environment. San Giovenale is a certified organic estate whose undisputed priority is the protection of the territory: garden vineyards, use of spring water and plant-based products in the field for the health of the vines.

The fully sustainable winery implements solutions for energy conservation: garden rooftops, ventilated walls and an innovative temperature control system – without the use of any fossil fuel – through geothermal heat capture and an innovative photovoltaic system.
