Our proposals
Experience the wonder of arriving at San Giovenale, overlooking the Valle del Mignone landscape and discovering an ancient, unspoilt territory immersed in the vineyards. The Maremma views and sea-breeze scents anticipate the expression of our wines. The tour continues through the design cellar and concludes in the barrel room with a tasting of the 5 pure varietals that make up our labels. Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Malvasia Nera and Cabernet Franc.
Explore the art of wine by retracing every step from grape to bottle. The visit to the vineyards, cellar and barrel room will tell you, better than any words, about the extraordinary work of care and simplicity that lies behind the emotions Habemus gives you. This fascinating journey continues with a tasting of Rosso di San Giovenale and Habemus Etichetta Bianca, accompanied by local appetisers prepared at Casa Habemus.
After walking through the vineyards and retracing every detail of the ancient passion needed to produce such a generous wine, you will be immersed in the magic of the barrel room and the historic vintage reserve, where time becomes the friend of the only food that outlives man. This journey concludes at Casa Habemus with a tasting of 3 Habemus labels, including 2 limited-edition single-varietal coloured labels, accompanied by a lunch of Maremma specialities prepared by the Casa Habemus Chef.
