The Fruit

The Sphericity of the Berry

A conscious choice that concentrates all the richness of this unique territory into every single berry.

The berry thus achieves its sphericity not only from a physical standpoint but also in terms of chemical balance.

Il Vino

The Wine

One of the most awarded wines in Italy of the last 10 years.

Recognisable for its intensity and pleasing complexity, it captivates with the richness of its savouriness and aromas. The terroir of the gentle hills of Blera, caressed by the dry sea winds, is gathered into five labels — each telling the story of a territory that shapes the grape and the blend.

Extremely low yields, free-run juice only, ageing in small first-use French oak, and a gentle, unhurried approach at every step — these are just some of the secrets behind Habemus.
